Over 48 hours, you’ll get all the benefits of working with me 1:1 (and more, quite frankly) but without having to spend the time checking in with me and filling out forms, waiting for me to respond etc. every month. You’ll be on the fast track to results in just two days!
I’ll dive into your life and create a perfect-for-you plan that will help you lose weight, and/or, gain muscle and optimize your health in all of these areas:
Mindset
Identify the mindset blocks that have been holding you back from getting and keeping results. Without someone to help you figure these out, you will keep spinning your wheels and wonder why you can’t get the results that everyone else is able to. Getting your mindset right is the key to unlocking lasting change. As they say, “get the mind right and the body will follow.”
Nutrition
It’s all about understanding how much food YOUR unique body needs to reach your specific desired goal and learning how to implement it in a way that makes your body work with you; not against you. It’s NOT about eating the least amount of food possible! You’ll feel so satisfied when your nutrition plan works with your life instead of being an unenjoyable list of rules that leave you tired, hangry and constantly thinking about when you get to eat again.
Exercise
What exercise should you do for best results? How can you get the best workout possible within the time constraints that your busy life has? How do you actually look like you workout? If you don’t have access to a gym, what do you do? These are all the questions that you will get an answer to with your perfect-for-you plan.

Here is an outline of how the 48 hours VIP experience will happen and what is included:
PRE-PLANNING FOR EXPERIENCE:
Detailed Intake Form: Once you book your 48 hour VIP experience, I’ll send you your pre-experience intake forms. These will allow me to get to know so much about you, your goals, your dieting and health history, time constraints and likes and dislikes that we’ll instantly be BFFs..
Got a medical condition like PCOS that I need to know about? Tell me here so I can make a plan that works for you!
Got some picky eating kids so dinners need to be simple? I got you!
Gluten sensitivities? Let me know!
Can only workout at home 3x a week for 30 minutes? Share it with me so I can make a perfect-for-you plan!
DAY OF EXPERIENCE:
Early in the morning on the day of your booking, I’ll load up on coffee and get to work. You don’t need to show up or be anywhere. As long as you’ve completed your forms, I’ll be ready to rock and roll. The goal of the VIP experience is to take all the work off your plate. Just sit back, relax and I’ll get you everything in 48 hours.
I'll go over your forms...
what you're currently eating, your favorite foods, dislikes, health history, lifestyle etc to get you know YOU and what works best for your life. The plan will always be created with your lifestyle in mind.
I'll create a custom macro and/or calorie plan...
specific to your goals - whether you want to lose weight, maintain weight, reverse diet or gain muscle.
My goal will be to get you to eat the MOST possible while still getting results, not the least. Unlike other coaches, I prioritize your health and optimizing your metabolism.
I'll plan your meals...
I won't just leave you wondering how to implement this nutrition plan. I'll set up your myfitnesspal account for you (if you haven’t done it already) and log the first 2 weeks of meals to hit your calories and macros (there will be repeat meals as this is the secret to making food tracking work BUT there will also be some variety and keeping in mind what you and your family like to eat!) so that you don’t have to wonder what to do with the calories I’ve set for you.
Having the first 2 weeks planned is going to save you SO much time and allow you to see how you can make the food intake work for yourself after the 2 weeks are over..
I'll create your grocery list...
for you for each week and any prep tips to make implementation easier! All about simplifying your life and saving you so.much.time.
I'll create a custom workout plan...
keeping in mind your access to equipment and how much time you actually have to workout.
I'll put together handouts and worksheets...
(which is free for you!) so that, as long as you have your phone, you can workout anywhere. The app will have video walkthroughs of each exercise so that you feel totally confident in performing it.

POST EXPERIENCE
At the end of day 2, we will meet via Zoom where I will excitedly deliver your plan and we will go over it in detail so you have total clarity on how to implement it. I’ll help you identify any mindset work that needs getting in check and any big-picture habits and foundations that will help accelerate your results in combination with implementing the perfect-for-you food and nutrition plan I’ve created. You’ll get all your questions answered in this zoom call for crystal clarity.
You won’t just be left hanging because one month later, we will do an e-mail check in to see how things are going, troubleshoot any problems you may have with food tracking and I will adjust the nutrition plan, if needed, to get better results. We will also do two more of these for a total of three check ins! You'll also get voxer access during these 3 months!
On your final check in, I will also give you an idea of tweaks you will be needing to make in the future to continue along the path to success!
